Due to retail being shut we ordered free samples from the website, made our choice and then purchased over the phone. We got good advice about quantities of underlay and gripper rod needed for our room and the measurements we had taken for the carpet itself were checked and then confirmed at the end, when fitting was booked too. All in all an easy process and one which gave us confidence that we had the right amounts without being oversold.
