Obsessivey attentive til they have your…

Obsessivey attentive til they have your money. I paid for delivery but heard nothing of when it was arriving. I called 5 times and no-one rang me back. Lies and false promises. The next day i had to call again. Car was 11/2 hrs late with no call. I asked for full tank of petrol as compensation and was promised it would be but the tank is on empty. Car is lovely but carshop Nottingham customer service is crap

Annette - so sorry that you had a poor experience with our Nottingham store,. It certainly sounds as though there have been communication failings on our side as it is not acceptable for you to need to call us so often, especially with no call back. We do try wherever possible to achieve our transportation timeframe and I'm sorry we fell short for you here.
