This exchange is fraudulent, dishonest and has the worst customer service. I have all the emails and screenshots of their errors available to show people concerned. If you are unsure whether to use this site, learn from my pitfalls and NEVER use this site.

Background:
1) I had $270 in my Margin account
2) At 22:37pm 19th February 2021 I purchased 4,633 RVN (for a total of circa $750 on the margin account). This was therefore leveraged at 3x my nominal value.
3) At 22:39pm, my position and whole account value was liquidated. This was 2 minutes after I purchased RVN. This meant that after 2 minutes, the value of RVN must have dropped by 33% to force my entire account into liquidation (because I was 3x leveraged and my account has been fully liquidated, i.e. my balance was now $0).

At my purchase price of 0.16 RVNUSDT, the value of RVNUSDT must have dropped 33% to 0.10667 in order for my account to be fully liquidated (i.e. for the 4,633 RVN to lose $270 in value). However, the lowest price RVNUSDT reached at 10:39pm (when my account was liquidated) was 0.156897. This means at 10:39pm, my position had actually only lost 1.94%, (which is $14.54 of my total $750 position). Instead, Bitmax liquidated my $270 entirely. This is wrong, fraudulent and erroneous, yet the company has done nothing to rectify its mistakes.

I have and will continue to send emails twice a day to their customer services, and simply receive "we will check with our Dev team and let you know shortly".

I have traded on the markets for years and cryptocurrencies for over 5 years. I was attempting to try a new exchange. However, at no point would I ever recommend using this exchange to trade crypto currencies. The diabolical customer services and fraudulent and incorrect liquidation of my account has left me $270 out of pocket with no justification from Bitmax.
