Disgraceful service, long long delays, no tracking service

Absolutely shocking service provided by the company and in particular Claudia. Placed an order at the start of January, told to wait 14 days and we are 15th of Feb and no order received and then they say they cannot track the order or know where it is!!!!! And Claudia assures me in emails "don't worry we are sure you will receive in the coming days" HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU CANNOT TRACK!!!!!! Have been asked twice to have patience and wait and nothing!! Second time I have ordered and second time delays with delivery! Products are very good but your non existent service is a disgrace to the retail/customer service industry. Do not recommend to buy anything from them!!
