We were kept fully up to date on when our delivery was expected receiving notification before delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot. It was delivered on time, with 2 very nice delivery drivers. I was weary about ordering our dining table and chairs without actually having seen them, the table did arrive with some imperfections to the table top, so I emailed customer service on Friday evening with the photos of the marks, they called me Saturday morning and without any fuss at all the lovely lady re ordered the table top which arrived a week later and looks amazing, I love it, fantastic customer service, I won't hesitate to order again in the future.
