While it's fair to say we look for excellent value from garages so we can keep costs down for customers, it's not fair to say we go with the cheapest. We rely mainly on feedback from the satisfaction surveys we send out to make sure that the garages who give the best service get the most work, and any garages giving poor service are given a chance to improve or are no longer used. We find that the garage network we use and our dealership garages are reliably on a par for customer satisfaction.
