Really bad experience
Really bad experience. Placed an order on 24.12.2020. Received confirmation of order and then despatch. Then received DHL tracking info that having collected my order, it was promptly returned to the AE warehouse. Heard nothing more from AE. On 6.01.2021 I contacted American Eagle customer service. They informed me that DHL couldn't deliver my order because of Brexit and the order couldn't be fulfilled. Incredible! Refund offered, but no apology or recompense for their failings or terrible customer service. Don't think I'll order from them again. What a way to treat customers. Terrible and shabby service for UK customers. They obviously aren't interested in their customers. Avoid American Eagle.
