Uniqlo doesn't scan "deliered" for any returns just to hold the case with Paypal

Items sent back for refund since the 7th of December through Hermes. The tracking code is still pending at "On its way back to the retailer". Uniqlo doesn't scan "deliered" for any returns just to hold the case with Paypal. I called its customer service, she claimed Uniqlo has received my returned items and will refund before New Year. I haven't received any refunds yet. Will no longer shop online with them.
