My order for a bicycle was cancelled this I was not made aware of until I contacted the help desk. I was advised to reorder as there were more bikes in stock but again the order was cancelled. I did however receive the discount card that cost me £5 which is of no use if I can’t purchase the goods I want please can I have a refund.
