Difficult to get off their mailing list!
I love the service and still use it. I order my prescription online with my GP surgery and they send it directly to Pharmacy2U and it pops through my letterbox 2-3 days later. Excellent!
However, despite asking them by phone, email and in writing to remove me from their mailing lists, reminder lists, random (non-GDPR compliant) 'look at this' lists, they are unable to. If you can live with the spam, I recommend them...
Update: they've replied to this saying that I've been removed from all lists. I'll wait a month and if that is the case, will come back here and turn this into a 4 star review
Update: Their GDPR Department did remove me from their mailing lists, but it's disapointing that there is no easy way to achieve this and I had to post a bad review to get their attention

Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry about this. I have now switched off all reminder correspondence and have requested you are removed from any Marketing correspondence. You will receive confirmation of this shortly.
If you wish to switch on or amend reminders in the future, to do this, login to your account then select the Your Account box, you will then see a menu on the left hand side, select the reminder service option, here you can add and edit reminders and also update the reminder cycle. This will then ensure you are getting the reminders when needed as you will be setting these. To do this on the APP when you login select the Your Reminders option, here you will be able to set the reminders when you need them.
