I'm a keyworker since February I need…

I'm a keyworker since February I need work double , in September I have accident on roundabout some man hit me and nearly kill me , the kgm collected my car against my will to do inspection after inspection they leave in some secret place my car where they damage more like by accident the whole roof and paint around 3k in damages , because I did over miles they cancel my insurance , fine but when I call them complain they blame me for damages my car and don't take any responsibility for it just wash hands , I spend a month over the phone with them , horrible experience, today my car looks like after war . If u have chance pay bit more for real company who insure Ur car not a cryminals behind desk. Strongly avoid !!!!

We have already investigated your complaint regarding damage, the repairer CCTV does not show this damage when the vehicle left them and we have noted you signed for collection of vehicle with no comment/mention/complaint at the time about any additional damage?
I suspect the main reason for your disappointment and poor review is because of our decision not to pay the claim presented?
KGM offer many niche and competitively priced products tailored to it's customers needs, you chose a product with restricted mileage and signed a declaration to keep mileage below. As a result you received a significantly reduced premium.
You had exceeded this mileage at the time of the accident, just 7 months into your 12M policy.
We had no option but to refuse indemnity as we have to protect all our customers premiums.
We have many customers who benefit from reduced premiums by restricting their mileage and therefore our exposure to a claim, when they do have a claim they enjoy full indemnity and a great claims service from us.
