If I could give 0 stars I would.
Disgusting service, will never use again. Booked a trip to what looked like a fabulous apartment, the night before we received an email to say sorry the place is double booked but you can have this place instead - the alternative was a grotty static caravan. Two absolutely gutted children and their parents. Shocking service. I cannot believe that you could not be bothered to pick up a phone and inform us of the double booking, sending an email in these circumstances is just not acceptable.

We apologise for the inconvenience, The property owner had just added the property and was in the process of uploading his availability. This booking was made a day before the holiday, October half term in Cornwall was fully booked because of how popular a destination due to Covid. We immediately offered a 5 star static with its own private hot tub and private enclosed garden (reviewed 5 star by guests),it is just 5 minutes from Porth Beach too, we were prepared to bring online this very popular holiday property at a loss, just for you. We are sad to see this review after bending over backwards to help you out. You could have had your holiday in Cornwall in comfort but you declined what most people would have classed as amazing holiday accommodation.
