I gave four stars out of five due to half a point off for posting orders of more than one item separately - not the best ecologically speaking (although ordering in form the UK to my address here in Ireland means that I will not be polishing my halo anytime soon; even if I had a halo) and half a point off for almost automatic emails reminding me to buy on my save to later list, peddling for more custom on items I've never shown the slightest interest in, and even when I've pressed Zavvi in my Google list by accident I receive a 'are you looking for something email' in my inbox. A little refraining from the constant emails would be welcome. Once or twice a week is suffice.

Also, the packaging could be more robust.

Otherwise, efficient and reliable, with the savings already worked out on your website - necessary for people like me who have terrible maths.
