I went down to rent a sprinter or similar. The seller must have had me misunderstood, because he gave me a huge truck 7.5t. To be clear I only have a (B) drivers license

He gave me the keys and I went outside to se a huge truck. I immediately went inside and told him this is not what I asked for and I can't drive this with my drivers licence.

The seller assured me the agreement would be cancelled.

October 14:
I receive a Bill for 106.26€ and money is drawn from my bank account. I drove down to their agency again and the same agent assured me the money would be returned within 2-3days.

October 19:
Still no cancellation or return.

To be clear:
1. I have a (B) drivers licens and can't drive a truck
2. I have not touched nor driven the truck.
3. I had the keys in my possession 1 minute and immediately returned them when I saw the mistake.

I don't know how they can give you a truck without having a licence for that? Then still charge you when a mistake is made.

Hope to see this solved and if not I will have to file a dispute with my bank or contact ecc.

The proof will be my bill where it clearly stands.

- my drivers licence is B not C.
