Not happy
Not happy! I wanted to change my mobile number details as I'd forgotten my log in details, they were going to confirm my identity via sms text but the number is no longer available/active so I went to live chat and spoke to customer service, awful experience! I gave the lady answers to correct details (she asked me several security questions) and although the answers were correct she still didn't seem to want to help, absolutely shocking behaviour/attitude Nectar
