Jack W is an unprofessional sales person who sold me a plan that was not even accessible with my account as I have a pre payment meter. He sold me a monthly plan of supposedly £29.00 a month to which £57.00 was taken out of my account, when I called to complain with orbit, the lady I spoke to said they do not even offer electricity at that price and then was told I have the wrong account, and the 57 pounds was for a credit account, and Jack W knew I had a pre payment meter. I know I'm not the most savy with switching energy providers but when you put your trust in someone and they take advantage it cam cause a lot of problems and distress. We are going into a lock down and I now have to sort this out. Jack W should be sacked because others can be severely effected by his disgusting sales pitch. I thought he gave me a great deal and I originally gave him a glowing review. But now I know the truth I will be taking my complaint further as I don't want anyone else to have to be subjected to his unprofessiolisim
