Order number: 6345 - AU

I bought some biker shorts and a big jumper from here. The jumper cost £75 but broke/ripped after one wash on a delicate cycle (a hand wash meant for silks and wool). I asked for a replacement/refund but they refused. I love the biker shorts but I regret spending so much money on a poor quality jumper!

Customer service is attentive and I really appreciate that but I am so shocked I wasn't offered a refund/replacement after my jumper broke so soon. Because of this, I wouldn't buy from here again.
