I havnt received this item but Hermes say that it was delivered, I have contacted them via email and been waiting for a reply for days now, I cannot contact them via telephone as the automated service just says my item has been delivered and cuts off, disappointed with the delivery service more than I am with yourselves, I'm hoping maybe you could contact them reguarding this issue, many thanks
