I can see that your order was dispatched on Friday 18th September on the Royal Mail Express service.
The Royal Mail Tracking history indicates that your order was delivered on Saturday 19th September, at 11:04am by Cirencester depot.

We do not appear to have received any correspondences from you, to advise that you had not received your order.

We are keen to find a suitable resolution for you and we have contacted you directly.
