I cannot fault the whole service side of things, special mention to Pauline who was amazing. The only thing that has really disappointed things is the whole delivery process, it happened so fast where the tub has been positioned incorrectly. Felt I didn’t really have a choice as it was being filled by this time and cover lifter fitted. My steps had to be delivered separately as these weren’t loaded onto the van, surely this would of been checked over before leaving in the morning obviously not, steps arrived by courier 1 week later.
When I come to emptying the tub I am hoping I can get this moved otherwise it looks daft and not positioned correctly.

We're going to investigate what happened with this particular delivery. Regarding the steps, our apologies that these were missed from the vehicle (they're normally loaded the night before and clearly a mistake was made). With regards to the positioning, we'll investigate further and see where this went wrong.

Your hot tub should be easy to slide once empty if you need to correct its position.
