Congrats RAC!

My daughters car wouldn't start for work. Got in touch with the RAC who immediately text, then rang to say would be half hour. Turned out to be the new battery we had bought so the RAC contacted the seller and said we would be in for a replacement. I have had a previous terrible encounter with the RAC and I was quick to criticise. I am now being equally as quick to congratulate them. A great, quick and thorough service.
