Lindsey Evans from Harriett Ellis has been exceptional in her communication during the progression of our apprentice. Initially, I had concerns as the educationalist we had at the beginning lacked professionalism and communication skills so i was a little apprehensive of continuing the course. However, Lindsey has turned that around. She has been honest and open and very helpful even late into the evening to assist with the progression (after a not so great start) of our apprentice, who I am happy to say has just qualified. Thank you Lindsey for all you help, with Lindsey on board, I would definitely consider using HE again.
