Having received the most beautiful vase for my mum and dad's 50th anniversary I was upset to see a spelling mistake on the engraving. On querying this, I was horrified when the mistake turned out to be my own fault. However, the people at the personalised gift shop couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and set about solving my dilemma straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent service at great prices.
