DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!
I bought a Sunjoy gazebo in May 2019. Within the first year, the side covering (curtain) tore almost the entire way up. Within 15 months, the roof covering tore open, and now water comes pouring in when it rains and the patio furniture is exposed to the elements. Contacted Sunjoy immediately when we discovered this, and were essentially told, "Tough luck, your warranty is expired." If it had been even 2 years, I might have been more accepting of this, but given that we've had 2 issues with our gazebo covering within 15 months, I'm more than a little upset. Is this the type of customer service they provide? Is this the quality of materials they sell? Spent more than $1000 on a structure that can't seem to stay in one piece, and if this is the type of response I get when I have a 2nd issue WITHIN 15 MONTHS, then I will do everything within my power to make sure no one I know ever buys any of the company's products.
