Our kitchen order printer stopped working. As usual there was too long a wait to connect to someone on the online chat, however, once connected with Emma the issue was quickly resolved.
The support received is great but would obviously rather not need to contact Epos Now so frequently.
4 stars as issue was resolved and service agent was brilliant.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We have taken swift action since Britain started trading again to counter the above demand by recalling from furlough all staff, seconding ex-service staff from other departments and recruiting over 45 new support team members in just a few weeks. Our new team members are all in various stages of their training and little by little, day by day, we are all working towards getting our customers respective journeys back on track.
