Hi Helen, we are delighted you love your new sink. In regards to the packaging this is standard procedure for packing high-end porcelain items. They generally come with little packaging as the idea behind it is that anyone handling these items tend to be far more careful if they feel the packaging is absent or inadequate, and it works time and time again as it did with your sink – it arrived with no damage.
