Process very streamlined and efficient, can't fault it. Agreed the sale the money was transferred within 2 hours. It would have been a five star rating except the instructions in the email asked me to wait in the car (due to Covid) and the branch manager would come and find me, I waited and no one came, so I went to the office and he said I was late! When I told him about the instructions, I was advised that they didn't follow those guidelines!
