Unable to contact Love Holidays through call centre or live chat. Went on holidays on July 13 was dropped off to a hotel which was locked up, my reservation had been changed to a far inferior hotel without any consultation or contact from Love Holidays, I then had to contact the hotel myself and arrange my own transfer to the new hotel. I will never use this company again when it has such ill regard to customers who decided to support the industry in a time of crisis.
