Using Australia post as your main delivery platform is a very bad move.. Australia post are slow, take no care of the items they carry, do not put items in the correct letterboxes, do not deliver to the door even when requested, no genuine customer service, no real item tracking. From here on in i will only buy goods from retailers who use or offer a Courier service.. Star Track, Fastways etc etc..
