My experience with Dan Kelly, The Computer Savior
My computer was getting cranky and it lasted for 3 days. Frustrated, I called Dan Kelly early one morning and he answered his phone on the first ring. His demeanour was that he was eager to help. I explained & probably repeated myself several times. Before I could take a deep breath he was remotely fixing, deleting, inputting and making my previous 3 days of stressing come to an end. The programs were working! My confidence level was on a "high." As in the past 10 + years of working with Dan, he comes through every time. I respect his knowledge, expertise and his honest willingness to resolve issues.
He can explain something in layman terms and I am never intimidated to ask a "silly or troublesome" question. His response is always at my level. It can be a difficult day to struggle with quirky IT problems, but Dan makes that transition liveable. Thank you, Dan!
