I am in total shock right now...

We were able to receive flight/hotel vouchers for our covid-cancelled trip in April (thankfully).. So my Husband and I booked a getaway to Spain for July. Everything ran smoothly.. flight was booked & we landed early.

We arrived to our hotel which was not only CLOSED but also UNDER CONSTRUCTION... loveholidays HAS NO FORM OF CONTACT besides email. The number listed is INVALID.

I am in total disbelief right now. I can’t see how the booking was even possible and how a company can get away with something like this!!!!!
