Misleading in all areas!! Calling this company I thought someone local would arrive to help, after cancelling twice over a week later the specialist arrived for all of 5 minutes I was advised on the nest and said nothing can be done until September off he went in his van!! And I’ve been charged £98 for the pleasure even though no work was carried out, on the original call i was told £78 would be charged if work was carried out and in my book no work has been carried out, but I am being refused a refund of £98 as apparently what I was advised is right! Please don’t use this company waste of time and not helpful!! This job was subcontracted out and the guy wasn’t even paid for this job!! So you have taken £98 for taking a phone call!!!
