Faulty

I love the chair. But I received it damaged. One leg would not screw in due to faulty bolt in the hole. Still waiting for the company to help deal with the problem. But the quality overall is actually nice. Perfect chair. Such a shame about the hassle I'm having to go through. Really frustrated.
Waiting for them to arrange my exchange.
