Octopus Energy let us know with our recent bill that they had a cheaper tariff for us if we wished to switch. Their new 2 year fixed rate looked to be competitive, and I emailed them yesterday evening. By lunch time today, both my gas and electricity tariffs had been switched, and Jonathan had kept me informed of progress all the way.
