I was contacted by Mishel Jeena from Top Quote as my policy was near end with Legal and General and we did not have a financial adviser associated with the policy. L&G had written to us to inform us that Top Quote would call. Same as everyone we have busy lives and this was something I needed to get around to doing. I found Mishel to be so professional and approachable. We played a fair amount of phone tag as I was often not available but Mishel would always email me to find a convenient time, appreciated as I work in an office where I can't take calls. I feel we would not have our policies now sorted if it wasn't for Mishel. She is very knowledgeable and not pushy. I never usually fill in these sorts of things but felt I must.
