Disappointing.

Ordered hammer Saturday. Received damaged on Wednesday. Emailed Wednesday. No reply at all until I contacted their Facebook page. Then was told it was too late to get a new one out by Monday. Tuesday Collection of damaged item. Told will have to wait until other hammer is with them before they can release replacement. So have had to purchase another in order to actually get it this week sometime. 2 weeks to actually get a hammer I can use. And I’ve had to pay for 2 at nearly £100 each! I probably won’t use again. Decent prices but poor service.
