The glasses arrived on time and are good quality. However, one glass was chipped and another scratched. I contacted customer service who said they’d send out a replacement straight away. They haven’t and I’ve chased it up in subsequent emails, only to be told they are 'still following it up'. How long can it take to dispatch a glass? Weeks apparently.
