I ordered 2 pairs of Size 39 uk 6 shoes on the 20th March...They did arrive eventually at the beginning of June...But they sent size 37 uk 4...

Of course I don't agree...so I emailed (politely) offering to return them in exchange for the correct size and questioning why THE F@&K i would order shoes that are not the correct size...

Sorry for this situation.
As the same size sandals fit differently due to different people's personal size (such more thin or thick than normal size). For this particular case, I am afraid it is not clever to return it and pay high returning shipping cost.
So how about we offer you gift card US $ 5.00 and you could use it to deduct order amount for your next purchase on our website. How do you think?
