I used Dobies after being let down very badly by Primrose over my order. The first two items I'd purchased from Dobies arrived and were in a good condition. The third (beetroot) arrived in rather a battered state and the plants didn't look like they would last another day. The final order (broccoli) arrived later than everything else, which was fine as Dobies kept me informed along the way. However, the day the broccoli plants arrive the postman informed me that the packaging was damaged before it reached the sorting office. In fact the PO had to put another covering around the package. As I opened it, there was such a terrible mess. Some of the plugs were outside the original packaging, and weren't going to survive at all. I tried to save some of the plugs, and almost immediately, I noticed that I'd actually had 5 broccoli plugs delivered, along with 7 lettuce! I hadn't ordered any lettuce. I have written 3 times, but unlike other times, Dobies have failed to respond. Very disappointed.
