As I have pre-existing medical conditions it can be difficult to find good cover at a reasonable price, some of the quotes I get are astonishing to be honest. Staysure have been able to get me Worldwide Travel insurance including the USA , for me and my family for just slightly over what I paid for a one off policy last year and it has a 5 start defacqto rating. I got 15 months fopr tne price of 12 as well! Well worth a look
