Wish I'd looked on here before ordering online.

Ordered a BBQ to collect in store. Had a text message that night telling me in was making its way through the warehouse.

4 days later I receive another text telling me not to worry, my order is being sorted and not to contact them.

Just received a message saying it's been delayed.

Shocking service, I'll be requesting a refund, which by the sounds of it, I won't actually get for a long time.
