Non-existent communication, nothing has arrived almost a month later

I purchased a house plant, and never received any communication about delays. I contacted them twice, finally received a response, they said "within 2 weeks" and apologised, it's almost been a month now, I've emailed again since, no response, nothing. I'm £100 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. I am not sure if it's Coronavirus pressure, but either way there is no excuse for this level of incompetence or misconduct.

Hi Stefan, we're so sorry that you haven't heard anything about your order from us, our customer services team are working hard to respond to the huge volume of emails. They are processing an average of 2,200 emails per day but unfortunately, our response time is still delayed. I can assure you that someone will be in touch soon to help.
