Don’t ever order anything from Aldi I ordered a bbq. End of March !!! Iv spent about 5 hours on phone to them !!! Waited for 6 call backs ‘ never happened!! Coustemer service is a joke !! Finelly I got email back 19 th may telling me I will get a refund whooppeee !!! Amazing like they have done me a favour . Aw and also a £15 voucher to spend online .. barring in mind u have to spend a certain amount for free delivery !!!! What a absolute joke .. a loyal coustemer and a nhs worker ... but I will never shop with them again
