We were initially slightly cautious about selecting Velfac for our new-build homes glazing after reading some of the reviews posted here, even though we were sure they had a great product. As we were installing them ourselves we did note than many of the negative reviews seemed to mainly relate to installers and not the product itself.

After opting to make the journey from the west coast of Scotland to the NSBRC Swindon which proved worth while and from the brilliant assistance & enthusiasm we received from Zoe Hammond at the stand we opted to place the order.

Kelly Sharp our sales coordinator was very helful during the process and was more than happy to make any changes before we moved on to the full & final order.

David Allen our project coordinator was also more than willing to help and we were able to communicate very easily with him.

Our order was delivered during the week that Velfac said it would and everything right down to the transport company was ideal. Communication on this side was also excellent and well organized.

Overall we are very happy with the service from the Velfac team, quality of the product & value for money.
