Disgusting and Disappointed- I placed and order with ASOS on May 8, 2020 and was given an estimated delivery date of 3-5 days which was fine as I needed the items for a birthday gift on May 16. On checking the delivery status on May 15 the date had now been moved to May 19, 11 days after ordering with not even a courtesy email to let me know.
On checking the tracking on May 19, I now discovered that the package was out for delivery but was being returned to ASOS by Hermes without even an attempt at delivery!
Having contacted ASOS by phone today they have advised that it will take up to 21 days for a refund of my money 🥵🥵
