Absolutely fabulous Customer Service. Prompt response to a query of mine and resolution with no problem at all. It is always a pleasure to use Condor Cycles for my cycling needs. That is before commenting on how fantastic my Condor Italia RC is !!!! 10 out of 10 on all fronts.
