Worst travel agent - Nightmare

I called GotoGate to see if I could get a refund on some tickets I booked and was told they were non refundable tickets. He could have advised me at the time that the tickets can be rebooked, but no he did not mention a thing but asked me to deal with Alaskan Airlines (who were most helpful and professional) unlike GotoGate. I called Alaskan and they advised that I get someone from Gotogate to call their help desk and they would give them the relevant information that they require. I called GotoGate and the guy there named NEIL who was so rude and would not even let me speak, said he was not going to call Alaskan, kept blabbing on and on, he did not care and continued on. I was so frustrated and asked to speak to a manager, he put me on hold for over 30 mins and I just hung up and spoke with Alaskan who were most helpful and advised I could deal with them directly in future. Don't use GotoGate, they are so unhelpful, rude and have no customer service skills. GotoGate need to train their staff properly making sure they do listen to their customers. I will never use these guys ever again. Poor service, rude and very unaccommodating.
