Wouldn't even give them 1 star to be honest. Appalling service yet again from this place, if I wasn't in desperate need of a washing machine would've went elsewhere. Paid for uplift of old machine and packaging only to be told they wouldn't take it as it wasn't outside. No mention of this on their website whatsoever, only that it had to be disconnected which it was, no answer to many phone calls and when I did get someone online the chat was cut off the instant I mentioned the terrible service. I've had to pay more money to get my washing machine disposed of. I do appreciate these are very difficult times with covid but this isn't the first time I've had issues with this company
