As far as monitoring and notifications, SimpliSafe has been great. I have installed a system in my own home and recently updated it with the newer system to get better reception through our stone walls. I'm very happy with the upgrade. I also have installed numerous systems in homes for my clients (I'm a building contractor) and in general, they have been very happy. The ordering process has been the problem. I have had difficulty getting the systems for my customers and then some of the products weren't properly programed from the factory so had to be done in the field taking a lot of extra time. I've also received products (entire duplicate systems) three times that I didn't order and then had to ship back.
