The flat was actually fairly central being in West Kensington rather that Nottinghill.
We would walk to Kensington High Street and up to Nottinghill in just over 30 minutes.
Close to Latimer Road tube it’s was in a small building of 7 flats. Little bit of train noise but nothing to worry about. Quite nicely appointed with a lovely terrace which gets sun during the day. No dining table but 2 people can get by using the counter. Reasonable sized bedrooms and a very nice warm flat. We liked it and would stay again. Council housing around did not present any issues and although no lift a reasonably fit person would have no problem walking up 3 flights of stairs. Owner very responsive and helpful.
